WiSpyAlert is a home security device that detects nearby WiFi and Bluetooth signals to identify when unfamiliar devices approach your home. The device integrates with third-party smart home platforms (such as IFTTT, Home Assistant, and Zapier) to trigger automations you configure.

To use WiSpyAlert, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use WiSpyAlert only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
WiSpyAlert integrates with third-party platforms including IFTTT, Home Assistant, and Zapier. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or actions of third-party services. You are solely responsible for the automations you create and their effects.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.
If you are not satisfied with your WiSpyAlert device, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The device must be returned in its original packaging and in good working condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@wispyalert.com. Your purchase includes three (3) years of cloud service beginning on the date you activate your device. The cloud service enables device-to-cloud communication, alert processing, and integration with third-party platforms. We will notify you before your service term expires with options for renewal.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the cloud service at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely before your service term expires, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the remaining service period.
The WiSpyAlert device, software, website, and all related content are owned by WiSpyAlert and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the device and software for personal, non-commercial home security purposes.

WiSpyAlert is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee that WiSpyAlert will detect all approaching devices or prevent all security incidents.
WiSpyAlert is designed to complement—not replace—your existing security measures. It is one layer in a comprehensive home security approach. We strongly recommend maintaining other security measures such as cameras, locks, alarms, and good security practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiSpyAlert and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or property damage, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of WiSpyAlert shall not exceed the amount you paid for the device and service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WiSpyAlert and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of WiSpyAlert shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of WiSpyAlert after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and WiSpyAlert regarding the use of our services.
