All orders ship free within the United States via USPS or UPS.

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Order cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes may affect delivery times. WiSpyAlert is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier's possession.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your WiSpyAlert. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.

Email us at support@wispyalert.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label.

Pack the device securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.

Drop off the package at any USPS or UPS location.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your WiSpyAlert arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us at support@wispyalert.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or a description of the defect. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different unit, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and any secure locations where the carrier may have left it. If you still can't locate the package, contact us at support@wispyalert.com and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.
